Leadership Team

The management team at Nationwide Credit (NCI) sets the strategic direction of the company. With an average of more than three decades of tenure in the collections and outsourcing industry, our senior leadership team is comprised of experts in their respective fields who are instrumental to NCI's success.

Vivek Bhandari
President

Vivek Bhandari was appointed to the position of President, Nationwide Credit (NCI) on October 2010. Prior to leading NCI, he headed NCI’s offshore delivery centers and was responsible for profitability, compliance and account management. Mr. Bhandari has been with the company since February 2005 and successfully established high quality, profitable receivable management centers. Before working with NCI, he worked with ICICI Bank and Tata Motors as the manager of several large teams. Mr. Bhandari holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Minh Ngoc T. Nguyen
Associate General Counsel

Minh Ngoc T. Nguyen serves as Associate General Counsel, for Nationwide Credit (NCI), responsible for overall compliance and risk management, specialty collections and attorney network management.  She has more than 15 years experience in the consumer and commercial collections industry, managing large networks  of collection attorneys and agencies. Prior to joining NCI, Ms. Nguyen served as General Counsel, Head Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Operations for an international collections agency, as well as Senior Litigation Counsel for its associated law firm. Ms. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and a Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law.

Arindam Ghosh
Vice President, Operations

Arindam Ghosh was appointed to the position of Vice President Operations, Nationwide Credit (NCI) in March 2011.  He has been with NCI since 2009, previously serving as Director, Analytics and Data Management before taking on responsibilities for overall service delivery from offshore receivable management centers.  Prior to joining NCI, Mr. Ghosh held various leadership positions with GE Consumer Finance, Dell, Citibank and ICRA (Moody’s associate in India).  Mr. Ghosh holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

David Albers
Vice President, Business Development

David Albers serves as Vice President of Business Development for Nationwide Credit (NCI). Prior to joining NCI, he owned a specialty servicing company providing outsourced collections and customer service to major US banks.  Mr. Albers has more than 22 years experience in the financial, customer service and technology sectors including service as Chief Operating Officer for Real Mortgage Systems and Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Support for HSBC.  Mr. Albers holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
