I personally started with the company at the age of 18 as a collector, was promoted to Operations Manager two years later, and then promoted to Director of Operations at the age of 23. NCI is truly a company that recognizes and rewards effort, dedication and performance. It is rare to find a company in which your opportunity for advancement is so closely related to your own personal commitment.

In my two years with Nationwide Credit, I have had the chance to learn from people who have personally helped this company evolve over the last 25 years. NCI has helped me evolve not only as a better manager but as better a human being too.
Each day, I look forward to the camaraderie and friendly competition we develop on the collections floor. In addition, our human resources department does a fantastic job of assembling cohesive teams focused on teamwork to reach our end goals.
