Patrick E. Carroll Chairman
Pat Carroll serves as the Chairman of Nationwide Credit (NCI). Over his 40 year career, he has established an outstanding track record, particularly in marketing and sales. Prior to joining NCI in 2003, Mr. Carroll was at Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. and its predecessor, Payco American Corporation, where he played a leadership role in the growth of several lines of business and was responsible for ensuring that top clients were fully engaged in its outsourcing, fee and portfolio businesses. He was instrumental in establishing the corporation's first outsourcing clients in a wide variety of markets, including healthcare, municipal governments, the federal government student loan program, as well as collection contracts with numerous banking and financial institutions. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
Vivek Bhandari President
Vivek Bhandari was appointed to the position of President, Nationwide Credit (NCI) on October 2010. Prior to leading NCI, he headed NCI’s offshore delivery centers and was responsible for profitability, compliance and account management. Mr. Bhandari has been with the company since February 2005 and successfully established high quality, profitable receivable management centers. Before working with NCI, he worked with ICICI Bank and Tata Motors as the manager of several large teams. Mr. Bhandari holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Rob Pinataro Chief Operating Officer
Robert Pinataro was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Nationwide Credit (NCI) effective November 2010. Prior to joining NCI, he served as Vice President and General Manager leading start ups and transformations of business units of General Electric, Automatic Data Processing and Open Solutions. Mr. Pinataro holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, U.K., a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and Six Sigma Black Belt certification from General Electric.
