Mission/History

NCI has the leadership, strength, experience and execution skills to be your most valuable receivables/call center management partner.

NCI’s roots go back to 1947 and the founding of American Creditors Bureau in Phoenix. NCI as we know it today was formed by the merger of ACB and Nationwide Credit in 1995, which created one of the largest collection agencies in the nation. In 2002, control of NCI passed to Bayshore Capital, which represents a group of private investors who saw an undervalued asset in NCI. Since the acquisition, Bayshore Capital has re-invigorated this respected brand with new leadership and new resources.

NCI is an active member of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, including the ACA Government Services Program and the ACA Member Attorney Program.

NCI is licensed in all jurisdictions of the United States and territories that require licensing.
