PAT CARROLL
Chief Executive Officer
Over his 40 year career, Pat Carroll has established an outstanding track record, particularly in marketing and sales. Prior to joining NCI in 2003, Mr. Carroll was at Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. and its predecessor, Payco American Corp., where he played a leadership role in the growth of several lines of business and was responsible for ensuring that top clients were fully engaged in its outsourcing, fee and portfolio businesses. Mr. Carroll was instrumental in establishing the corporation's first outsourcing clients in a wide variety of markets, including healthcare, municipal governments, the federal government student loan program, as well as collection contracts with numerous banking and financial services providers.

GEORGE WILLIAMS
Chief Financial Officer
George Williams joined NCI in June 2002. Mr. Williams began his career as an Audit Manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. He then served as Vice President, Senior Vice President and ultimately as CFO within the Equitable Companies, Inc. Immediately prior to joining NCI, George served as Senior Vice President – Finance and Administration with OneSource, a facility services company.

DALE BISSETTE
Executive Vice President of Operations
Starting as a collector trainee, Dale Bissette has been with NCI for most of his 25-year collection industry career. Over his career Mr. Bissette has gained experience in all aspects of collections and has developed invaluable knowledge of NCI and its clients.
