Leadership Team

The management team at Nationwide Credit (NCI) sets the strategic direction of the company. With an average of more than three decades of tenure in the collections and outsourcing industry, our senior leadership team is comprised of experts in their respective fields who are instrumental to NCI's success.

Arindam Bose

Mr. Bose is the President for NCI. He is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of Altisource’s collections and recoveries business. Mr. Bose joined Altisource in 2013 from Capital One where he held key leadership roles in Auto Finance, Unsecured Lending and Mortgage default strategy and operations. Prior to Capital One, he worked in Retail Deposit Banking and Financial Services consulting. Mr. Bose holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.


Joseph Spicer
Vice President – Secured Collections

Mr. Spicer is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of NCI’s mortgage default collections, including loss mitigation for first liens, second liens, unsecured loans and deficiency balances on severely delinquent loans.  Mr. Spicer spent fifteen years at GMAC Rescap prior to joining Altisource in 2009. Mr. Spicer holds an Associate’s Degree in business management from Montgomery Community College.


Sumit Bahadur
Vice President – Unsecured Collections

Mr. Bahadur provides strategic and operational leadership to deliver competitive and quality performance to NCI clients in US ARM business across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining NCI in 2007, Sumit was working in the financial services industry and has a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Mr. Bahadur is a management graduate and holds BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from Lucknow University.


Odran Hickey
Associate General Counsel

Odran Hickey provides corporate legal support to NCI since joining Altisource in Luxembourg in 2014. Odran has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, working at law firms in Philadelphia and New York and in in-house roles in Philadelphia, Dublin, Ireland and Luxembourg. He holds a law degree from the University of Wales and International Practice Diplomas in International Business Organizations and Arbitration Law from the College of Law.


Maurice Rico
Secretary and Consumer Advocate

Maurice Rico is responsible for the company’s customer experience program which includes complaint handling.  In addition, Mr. Rico manages the company’s Change Control process and is responsible for the company’s operational compliance.   He joined NCI in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience in process improvement roles and establishing customer experience programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Indiana University.  Mr. Rico is a certified lean six sigma black belt.


Dana DeBowles
Manager- Compliance

Dana DeBowles is the Compliance Manager for Financial Services and is responsible for compliance oversight of Nationwide Credit, Inc. Ms. DeBowles joined the company in 2015 and brings several years of experience in the financial services industry and compliance matters. Ms. DeBowles holds a law degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University.
