Nationwide Credit® (NCI), offers legal management services throughout the collections process which are compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. NCI services allow you to focus on your core business and achieve optimal recovery rates through higher attorney productivity.

Using proven skip-tracing processes and proprietary research methods to determine asset and employment status, our pre-legal team evaluates each account for possible legal actions throughout the account resolution process.

We manage a national network of collection attorney firms, ranking and formally auditing each firm monthly to ensure compliance. When we identify an account for legal action, we forward the information to the appropriate attorney in our network.
